Employment with Kid View Inc. is strictly “at will”. This means that you retain the right to discontinue your employment at any time and that Kid View, Inc. retains the same right. Employees will acknowledge that Kid View, Inc. conducts business beginning the first week in September through mid-June. Employees will accept this as a full year of employment with Kid View, Inc.
Employment with Kid View, Inc. is a temporary one-year assignment that starts in September and ends in June, aligning with the School District Calendar. Kid View Inc. does not offer tenured of guaranteed employment for subsequent years.
